TY for the advice/ update

I want to say thank you to any and all who gave me advice, i was able to get some prorate on my daughters SSI. We where able to stay in our home. My husband and I are both going back to college. And right now we are manageing to not drown, not exactly floating along merrily, more like white water rafting (in a river full perrahna)., but its better than rapidly sinking.

About Jackmam

my advice would be to speak to a state caseworker. If you can prove that the child has been living with you and not her, the caseworker may be able to help you get the child support cut and perhaps even a little of the amount you have paid refunded. This is expessialy true if you apply for / recive any state aid such as food stamps or medicaid for your kids. i wish more people would do what they know is right without having to involve the law/state/govenment and whomever else. In general people who have to be forced to do what is decent, are not decent people.

I have only 18 hours to come up with $600 for the rent on my 3br home. its snowing, i dont know if I can send my kids to school tomarrow or if i will have to drag them with me in my last deprate attempt to stop the forclosure on my house. My older daughter's 6th  birthday is saturday, im not going to be able to give her anything. And now im afraid im going to have tell her that her puppy has to go to the animal shelter.....

Its so sad how many people are in the same boat, or worse. blessing to all of you out there who dont know where your going to be sleeping next week.

About Riverstone

im in a pinch and in a tight spot. My landlord is going though a messy divorse, and has be relying on my rent to pay his bills. Technicly he is homeless right now (he works for the railroad and stays with his folks when he is in town), but is being nice enough not to evict me and my two little girls. His bank has told him if he is even so much as 1 day late they are going to repo the house, my home. I dont have enough money to pay the rent that is due by 2pm monday afternoon. my husband is a partialy disabled army vet who lost his job this past June. I have tried to find work wherever i can, but ive found it hard becouse i dont have a driverss licence (i have occasional petite mauls and I dont think it is safe for me to drive)also im dislexic (which is why there are probly tons of typos)  My youngest child is autistic (her photo is my profile pic) and has alot of special needs, she dosent adapt well to change, and much of my time is spent in her care and all the appointments she has to go to. if anyone can offer any advice, there isnt anything i wont do to help my family in anyway I can. but the deadline is really short and I dont have time to cut though red tape or jump though hoops.
